That just seems so refreshing. We've been fighting off and on now for a few weeks, the cold nasty weather of winter, and the nice warm weather of spring. Today, we got lucky enough to have a nice high of 77, and of course because of the two weather fronts colliding, we're getting rain. But its not the cold, nasty rain we've had for a couple of weeks. Its a nice, warm refreshing rain. The kind where it makes it smell good outside. The kind where you don't freeze, and the kind that just seems to be there for the flowers to grow. Its awesome! I love sitting inside on days like this, just watching the rain. Its always nice to sit there, totally lost in all my thoughts, just watching it come down.
Days like this are nice to sit, and reflect on whats going on in life. Whats going on with the kids, what new things they're up to, what they've got coming up, and just how awesome they really are! Its also great for day dreaming about things have are still up in the air, things we're waiting on answers for, and day dreaming about things I'd just simply love to have happen! (like a nice trip to Hawaii with my husband, for some relaxing time in the sun!!!)
Yep. Weather like this seems like a good time to wash all the worries away, and just let it all go.

I love summer rain, that you can go outside and splash in.
And you smell it coming. The rain hits the pavement and you just get that SMELL... summer.
