Tagged!

Gill tagged me for this one, so I'm going to give it a go!

The rules:

1. Each blogger starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.

2. People who are tagged need to write their own blog about their eight things and post these rules.

3. At the end of your blog post, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names.

4. Don't forget to leave them a comment telling them they're tagged and to read your blog.

5. For the recipients, leave a comment for the person who tagged you, so they can go and read your answers.

Wow, 8 random facts.. . .this is something that's getting increasingly harder!!! But I'll give it my best go!!

1. I love jewelry. I have a nice little collection from my husband over the years and I rotate between them. But there are a few staples: My wedding ring, and my diamond bracelet that he surprised me with.

2. I have my ears pierced twice in each ear, but I don't change out my earrings. They're always the same ones.

3. I have incredibly sensitive skin. So much so to the point that I use baby soap for body wash, and baby lotion for my lotion. Unfortunately it appears that my children have inherited this.

4. I plan some day to do foster care, and possibly adopt. I don't know how far down the road it will be for us, but this is something we've talked about doing, and plan to do in the future when we can.

5. My dream job would be going to school to be an ultrasound tech. I'd love to work in the perinatologists office and work with the high risk mamas like I was. Doing the level two ultrasounds. Unfortunately because of how poorly I do in college courses that are simply test based (I have never tested well in my life. I blank on the test) chances are this dream will never come true.

6. My favorite place on earth is Copper Harbor Michigan. I LOVE it there. My family and I used to go there every other summer when I was little, and spend two weeks. Its a place that is so near and dear to my heart. I hope some day to take my children there.

7. My husband is only the second guy I ever dated!! Guess I got really lucky off the get go huh? I only dated one other man before Todd, and yeah, what a joke. I was lucky enough to find my perfect husband in high school. AND lucky enough that I didn't have to kiss a lot of toads to find my prince charming! Just had to kiss one Todd!

8. I love writing snail mail letters. LOVE It! There's nothing better than sending and receiving a letter from a friend or family member!

Ok, now the tagging part. . .hmm. This one is hard for me. So I'm going to leave this open ended. If you're reading this and would like to play along, please feel free!!!!

I there with you on the last two. I married my HB 3 months after we both graduated from Uni. And your no8 is interesting because I don't know anyone (except my Grandma-in-law) who actually likes to write letters. I love to send and receive 'old fashioned' mail. Hey ~ email your address and I'll write to you. Really I will.

Oh Jamie, I too love snail mail..so much better than bills that drop on the mat!!
Nice to know more about you. Could you not get a scribe for exams? We provide them to people who fall apart in exams, they assist getting the info out of the students head and onto the paper. So useful to kids who have that block :)

Good for you on keeping snail mail alive! I agree, an email is nice, but a letter? That is something!

What a great job ultrasound tech would be! :)

Fun to learn these things about you! :)

My hubby went to Mich. Tech so he talks about Copper Harbor all the time. I, myself, have never made it up there, but hope to take our kids up there someday to explore! The farthest I've made it are the Pictured Rocks - beautiful!
