YES!!! That's right! PROGRESS!!! Now, things aren't going in quite the order I'd hoped, I'd hoped that they'd prime the wall before putting in the cabinets, but because they're doing under cabinet lighting they needed to put in the uppers, and there was some framing they had to do on the lowers so they could run some more electrical. But any which way you put it, its PROGRESS!!! So excited! My new kitchen will be AWESOME!!!!
This is the pantry. Its a 24 inch pantry. I look forward to having all that SPACE!!!!
This is where the fridge will go. We're hoping to get a side by side for there. Its a 36 inch opening so its big enough for it!
The back wall. Lots of storage! WOO HOO!!!
This is the wall where the stove and the microwave will go in.
THat corner, if you'll remember used to be a door way that really made the kitchen feel cramped. Now it offers much better use of space!!!
This is the sink side of things!!!! There is a nice corner cabinet there. They have to build out the back of that because it isn't as deep. SO they'll need to make it flush before they can finish it off with electrical on the back side of the peninsula.
That is where the sink will go
And this area has to have some minor framing put in so that they can make space for a dish washer!!!
Oh. . .and as far as electrical progress goes? Yep, there are lights going in everywhere! Its AWESOME!!!
I was promised big progress by the end of this week. . .and I'd say they delivered!!! I'm so excited!
