To get things rolling again, with my blog, I want to get back into some of my most favorite postings again! One of them was Mommy moment Monday. Its the time for you to share some mommy moment from your week, good or bad, as long as it reminded you of the joys of being a mommy!!! If you'd like to play along, please comment and I'll link to ya!
My mommy moment today could be any number of things from the last few months! But I'm playing this one a little closer to the actual date I think.
The first one comes from my sweet sweet Kaleb boy. He has a new habit with me. He comes up to me, gives me a GIGANTIC bear hug, and then tells me that I'm the "bestest mommy" and that he "loves me so very much". It just melts my heart every time! That little boy can be a spit fire one moment, and then the sweetest cuddliest little bear the next!!!!!
The next one comes from Kendyl. Last night I sent her into her room to put her hello kitty necklace away. She wore it for the day, because we had church. She came out of my room, and I asked "did you get it in your jewelry box?" She said "no, I put it in yours, right by your heart necklace, because your my very best friend." Awww! I about bawled! And the rest of the night, she kept hugging me and telling me that I was her best friend. And right before bed, she repeated something to me that I've been telling her since birth. "With all these boys in the house mommy, the girls need to stick together!" It was SO sweet!!!!
These little twins are a handful, and a headache on any given day, but they sure are turning into some pretty amazing little people right before my eyes! I'm so blessed!!!

I have missed your mommy moments! They make me really think about my own kiddos antics.
Glad to see you back in action!
I had a mommy moment just a bit ago when we put the twins to bed. I've been pretty emotional the last few days (wonder why...haha!) and am really going to miss those two while I'm in the hospital with the new baby. So, I kissed them and hugged them at bedtime and started to cry. I was holding Sarah and she looked up and said "Uh oh!" and wiped a tear off my cheek, then snuggled up to me and so softly and sweetly said "Hi mommy." That didn't help stop the tears, but it did make me smile ;-)
She seems to be putting pieces together...first thing she told me after her nap today was "go to Anna and Megan's" (where they are spending the day tomorrow) "momma baby tomorrow." We'll see if what happens is what she's really thinking...
What sweet, sweet moments! Isn't it great to be a mommy?
