Debi over at Who says 8 is enough tagged me to do an intriguing and thought provoking meme. Oftentimes, tags can get a bit repetitive, but I found this one to be a bit different.
The Meme originated over an idea that was prompted by the book written by Larry Smith and Rachel Fershleiser, Not Quite What I was Planning: Six Word Memoirs by Writers Famous and Obscure. It's a compilation based on the story that Hemingway once bet ten dollars that he could sum up his life in six words.
His words were- For Sale: baby shoes, never worn.
Here are the rules:
1. Write your own six word memoir.
2. Post it on your blog and include a visual illustration if you’d like.
3. Link to the person that tagged you in your post and to this original post if possible so we can track it as it travels across the blogosphere.
4 .Tag five more blogs with links.
5. And don’t forget to leave a comment on the tagged blogs with an invitation to play!
Well, Debi gave me fair warning that she was going to tag me. . . and I've been trying to think of a great answer ever since. . . I didn't realize how hard it could be. When you're trying to fit your life into 6 words. That isn't much when you consider everything a life holds in it!! So after much thought, I came up with this:
I love this crazy beautiful life.
I came up with this, after sitting down to think about it, and the country song "Beautiful life." came to mind. There's a line in there that says "I love this crazy tragic, sometimes almost magic, awful beautiful life." And thought it really summed it up rather nice!!! Our life is full of so many twists, and turns, and unexpected surprised, yet with each new corner we turn, we're faced with beautiful things, like the wonderful shining smiles of our kids!!!!

I've been watching this circulate for a couple weeks now and I wondered if someone would tag me. I've been trying to think of something for a while...we'll see what I end up with...

You should go do 20 facts about YOU so we can get to know you better too! It's been a long day here and I think the only thing to make it better for me is ice cream. I'm exhausted from wrestling 2 whiny kids all day. I can't imagine what your summer must be like. Or maybe your kids listen to you. Yep, that has to be it! :)
