Laugh until you cry.

Ever had one of those moments? Where you're not sure if you should laugh or cry? Well, how about laughing until you cry??? That was exactly what happened this morning. Todd and I have been so stressed lately, and things just seem to keep piling up. We're hardly getting to see each other. Usually a few minutes in the morning before he has to leave for work, and a few minutes when he gets home, because I'm SO tired I can hardly keep my eyes open by that point. And its really been taking its toll on our family. The kids are missing him terribly, and so am I.

Well, this morning his boss wasn't going to be in till later, so he stayed home a few extra minutes, and we were able to have some time for just us. To be together, talk about whats going on, and even to laugh. It was so refreshing to spend that time with him. To just be US again. There was one point where we were both laughing so hard we had tears streaming down our faces. Our sides hurt because we were laughing so hard! It was GLORIOUS!!!!! Definatly what the doctor ordered!!!

I'm hoping we can keep stealing the little moments like this over the next few months while things continue to be hectic!

Gosh...I sure could use that! Definitely have an overwhelming day/week/month....ugh! I think I've cried no less than 4 times today and dreading the weeks ahead and all there is to do and how little time there is to do it all! ugh!

Glad you had a nice morning together!

Awesome! Laughing together is about the best thing there is. We had one of those getting the giggles moments recently and it was awesome.

I hope you get more time to be together as a family (and a couple) too. I know how hard and stressful it is when hubby is working long hours, and mummy is working long hours looking after the children, and it seems neverending ....... it's happening here at the moment too!

Hang in there!

Hey, I know a married couple who love you and your family that would be MORE than happy to watch the rugrats while you and Todd sneak out to dinner! :)
