Mommy moment Monday. . .

My funny funny little boy is where my mommy moment comes from this week! My biggest "baby" Dallas. He has this new interest in making people laugh. And along with that comes many-a-made up jokes. He's had a few good ones that he's made up. Like this one:

Dallas: knock knock!
Me: Who's there?
Dallas: Kook
Me: kook who?
Dallas: Coo Coo? What, are you a coo coo clock??


Its silly 7 year old humor, and I laughed my head off!!! And he uses it to break the ice with many people. And I laugh with him every time!! Its the simple things with kids isn't it???


Well, yesterday he came up to Todd and I and said that he had a new joke for us and that he just made it up. So we told him to go ahead. Here is what he came up with:

What is a dragons favorite treat??



Todd and I pondered it and had no clue where he was going with it!! His answer was:

Firecrackers!!!



Again, insert mommy and daddy laughing like silly fools with Dallas taking in all the glory of given a good joke!!!
